- Alpha Medical Solutions has a minimum order value of $30.00, including GST.
- Deliveries can only be made to the nominated address between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, on business days.
Delivery Information – Food & Meals Orders
To make delivery simpler and more transparent, Food & Meals items are shipped using a flat-rate fee based on the delivery state, regardless of the number of Food & Meals units ordered.

Important Information
- Flat-rate shipping applies only to products purchased from the Food & Meals category.
- Shipping for all other website products (including dietary supplements, consumables, medical supplies, and other items) will continue to be calculated based on product weight and/or dimensions at Checkout.
- If your order includes Food & Meals items plus other products, shipping charges may be shown separately at checkout.
- Sydney Metro free shipping for orders over $200 applies only to eligible non-Food & Meals products. Food & Meals flat-rate delivery fees still apply.

Free Shipping
For All Products, excluding Food and Meal items, Orders over $200 Australian Dollars are freight-free for the Sydney NSW Metro Area in Australia only when you order online. Alpha Medical Solutions reserves the right to provide a freight quote for larger or unusually heavy orders.

Shipping Address Information
When ordering, please state the floor level of your delivery address if it is not at ground level. Please note that we can only deliver to a physical address. Examples of addresses we cannot deliver to include, but are not limited to, PO boxes, locked bags, and freight forwarding companies.
Delivery Costs
a) Freight charges will be applied to your order. Freight charges are based on the whole order size and weight. We will notify you if there are any extra charges. Delivery is subject to our delivery partners and is performed on weekdays only.
b) Minimum handling and insurance charges: $2.50 (exc. GST)
c) When your order is dispatched via one of our nominated delivery agents, you will receive a tracking number via email.
