Granudacyn Wound Irrigation Solution 1000mlc 

A wound irrigation solution for moisturising and cleansing chronic, acute and contaminated wounds as well as for superficial and partial thickness burns. Hypochlorous acid (HOCL) ensures safe preservation and makes Granudacyn a reliable would irrigation solution. HOCL prevents the proliferation of Gram+ and Gram- bacteria including ORSA, MRSA, VRSA, VRE, viruses, fungi and spores.
