Coloplast Comfeel Plus Ulcer Dressing contains liquid-absorbing particles derived from natural cellulose in an elastic, self-adhesive mass, which is covered on one side by a semi-permeable, non-adhesive polyurethane film. The cellulose-like particles expand strongly when they absorb liquids.
